OIL FOR GREATER WORKS
          Beloved  in the lord, it is with great honor and privilege to minister unto you God's word. Our reflection is taken from 1 Samuel 16;1-13. It is my prayer this day that the oil of grace will locate you after reading this little piece in the name of Jesus Christ.
          When I reflect on how King David was anointed,it gives me hope and the greatest conviction that once I have the lord as my anchor, He will see me through because He is faithful.  King David was a young shepherd boy who was in the wilderness with His father's sheep. He was with the sheep in the wilderness until he was called to be anointed in the midst of his brethren. Beloved, this then affirms that. you can be in the worst place of life and still have the Lord on your side.  David in his early days was not of great importance to his family. He was despised by his brothers and his condition was so pitiful because he was born out of wedlock. In the mist of such circumstances and painful David went through, the lord remembered him and sent His prophet to anoint him when He rejected King Saul. Precious one, it looks as if you are far behind, you think there is no solution to your painful situation. You think that is the end of you but watch my friend!!! Do not give up at all....it is in the midst of such trying moments that your breakthrough will come. I understand how you feel, because you have prayed and fasted for so long but things are not working in your favor. 
         But I dare you this day, that eyes have not seen, nor ears have heard, neither has it entered the hearts of men what God has planned for them that love Him. I pray this day, as a servant of the Most High God that His oil of grace will locate you right now in the name of JESUS CHRIST. The lord will lift you higher from one level to a greater level in the name of JESUS CHRIST. If you cannot get any reflection from this little piece, please remember that God was able to make a shepherd boy king of Israel. I have the hope with faith that,the oil for greater works will be released on our lives. Beloved,one thing we know for sure is that Heaven and earth will pass away but the word of the Lord will not pass away. It is time to say bye to old ways of life which are not pleasing to God. It is time to repent and be born again. It is time to accept JESUS CHRIST as your lord and master .
