THAT THE WORLD WILL KNOW HIM. Every now and then, ministers of the Gospel use the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to help draw men nigh to God. Why do they do this? This is because that was His call mandate on this earth. His mission was to reunite the world to its formal glory. Jesus Christ preached all kinds of messages which were mind blowing to the teachers of the law, the scribes and the high priests in those days. He performed wonderful and dumbfounding miracles. Yet his focus was not on any of them, but that mankind will be saved through his death and the power of His resurrection will make mankind be joined to our Eternal Father after our death. These days the world is fed up with messages of Christ concerning salvation. Evangelism is seen as a thing of the past. The world is looking for power.
