1.No  human being came into  this  world   empty.The  next  generation  should  benefit  from what  you  have  achieved and  done

2.Do  not  judge life  by  the experiences you have  been through but  judge life  after surviving  the experiences  and  trials.

3.Life  is  not  generous,neither is  it fair nor  kind  but fair  to those who wrestle to turn the favor  of life to them.

4.Prayer is  the life line of a sure and  peaceful living on the earth in the birth  of  your  potentials.

5. Failure  in  life in some aspects of  your  life is not an event  but   an  opinion.

6. There  is   the  need  to bear in mind  that, no matter  how  bad  a situation  may look,there is always  a turn around.

7.There  is  something in you more precious than what  others  have  said about  you.

8.Our  bodies are  the  temple  of the  Lord,let  us preserve ourselves well to avoid damnation

9.Never  forget where  you   came  from,the  source of your breathrough and the people who made you to succeed.

10.Desire to passionate about  the  things of God,be humble,be a soul winner and you will go far in life

Our reflection is taken from 1 Samuel 16;1-13.
